General Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Orders placed Monday through Thursday are usually shipped the following day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Tracking Your Shipment: Your shipping notification email will include a link to track your USPS or UPS shipment. While the tracking number we provide is accurate, it may take a few hours to several days for the shipping carrier to acknowledge the shipment or update their tracking information.

 

International Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred during international shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, customs duties, taxes, or any other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.

By placing an order, you agree to accept full responsibility for any such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential fees prior to completing your purchase.

 

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind about a purchase, so please choose carefully. If there is an error with your online order, you have 10 DAYS from the date you receive your purchase to contact Cozmic Kitchen about the issue. Any missing or damaged products WILL NOT be replaced or credited after the 10-day period has expired. Please provide your order number and photos for all customer service inquiries.
